the 25th of September to the 5th of October

WINE MAKING:
Destemming - crushing and fermentation at 24° C
and second fermentation of residual sugars

MATURATION:
In steel tank for 4 months on its lees

BOTTLING:
The month of Februar y following the harvest

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Pressure 2 bar; sugars 10 g/L; alcohol content 13 - 13,5% Vol.

DESCRIPTION:
A distinctive red wine with lively mousse.
Rich in colours, aromas and textures.
It has a dry and fruity finale, being extremely pleasant

Ideal with all cut meats, ravioli stuffed with beef,
risottos and grilled meats
