"Del Portico Vineyard" and a careful selection of other vineyards

SOIL TYPE AND EXPOSURE:
Calcareous-clay soil on sandy marl.
Facing south-east at 250/300 m. above sea level

GRAPE VARIETY:
80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay

CLASSIFICATION:
DOCG

VINE TRAINING SYSTEM AND PLANTING DENSITY:
Guyot, 4.800 vines per hectare

MAXIMUM YIELD PER HECTARE:
5.000 litres

GRAPE HARVEST:
Traditional hand-picking starting approximately
from the 10th of August

WINE MAKING:
White with soft pressing and only 45% of yeld in must.
Fermentation at 18°C in steel tank

BOTTLING:
During the following May, assembling the best
quality wines

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Pressure 5,5 bar; sugars 8 g/L; alcohol content 12,5% Vol.

AGING IN BOTTLE:
For at least 24 months

DESCRIPTION:
The combined complexity of the aromatic
yellow peach and flowers give to this wine a
vigorous personality and refinement.

PAIRING:
To be served for aperitif and great seafood

PACKAGING:
Champenoise Cristall wrapped in anti-UV bags
in 6 bottles boxes

6° - 8° C
