Calcareous-clay soil on sandy marl.
Facing south-east at 350 m. above sea level

GRAPE VARIETY:
100% Pinot Noir

VINE TRAINING SYSTEM AND PLANTING DENSITY:
Guyot, 4.800 vines per hectare

MAXIMUM YIELD PER HECTARE:
5.000 litres

GRAPE HARVEST:
Traditional hand-picking starting approximately
from the 10th of August

WINE MAKING:
Wine Rose’ produced with a short chill maceration
with skins. Subsequently it is soft pressed and
fermented in steel tank at 18 C°

BOTTLING:
During the month of May following the harvest

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Pressure 5.5 bar; sugars 8 g/L; alcohol content 12,5% Vol.

AGING IN BOTTLE:
For at least 24 months

DESCRIPTION:
A genuine rosè obtained thanks to a short maceration process.
With good structure and acidity, this wine has a nice aroma of wild berries and cherries.

PAIRING:
To be served with first courses, grilled fish, shellfish and carpaccios of fish

PACKAGING:
Champenoise Cristall in 6 bottles boxes
