Traditional hand picking starting approximately

WINE MAKING:
Destemming and crushing - Fermentation with
maceration in temperature-controlled steel tanks (22° - 24°C)

MATURATION:
For 6 months on the lees

BOTTLING:
The month of March following the harvest

Sugars 3 g/L; alcohol content 12,5% Vol.

DESCRIPTION:
Young, fragrant and very pleasant Pinot Noir.
Born to express the aromatic essence of the variety.
It connects with serenity and it is easy to drink, emanating wild berries aromas and red fruits.

PAIRING:
To be served for aperitif, starters, risottos and light taste dishes.
It can be enjoyable a bit fresh with fish soups.
