GRAPE HARVEST:
Traditional hand picking approximately from
the 5th to the 15th of September

WINE MAKING:
White wine with a partial chill maceration followed by the
fermentation in temperature controlled steel tanks (16° - 18°C)

MATURATION:
6 months in steel tanks on its lees

BOTTLING:
The month of March following the harvest

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Sugar 4 g/L; alcohol content 12,5% Vol.

Thanks to the fabulous calcareous soil, this unique wine blend gets aromatic flavoured quality and freshness. These four vine varieties have been thought together with the aim to glorify and harmonize the prestigious wines combined. It is aromatic with great complexity and long after taste.
