GRAPE HARVEST:
Traditional hand-picking approximately from 5th
to 15th of September

WINE MAKING:
White wine with a brief crio-maceration of the skins.
Fermentation in temperature controlled steel tanks (18°C)

MATURATION:
For 5 months on its lees

BOTTLING:
During the month of March following the harvest

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Sugar 5 g/L; alcohol content 12,5% Vol.

DESCRIPTION:
The short maceration of the skins gives to the Pinot
Grigio the unique copper colour and exalts fragrance,
persistence and pleasantness. Presence of the aromas
of black cherry and raspberry

It is a perfect match with all shellfish and raw fish dishes
