Brown, clayey, calcareous, with sand and pebbles.
Facing south-west at 230 m. above sea level

VINE TRAINING SYSTEM AND PLANTING DENSITY:
Guyot, 4.800 vines per hectare

MAXIMUM YIELD PER HECTARE:
4.500 litres

GRAPE HARVEST:
Traditional hand-picking starting approximately from
the 20th of September

WINE MAKING:
Destemming and temperature controlled fermentation with steel maceration (22° - 24°C)

MATURATION:
For a year in French oak “tonneaux” plus one extra year in bottle

BOTTLING:
Two years after the harvest

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Sugars: 1 g/L; alcohol content 13% Vol.

DESCRIPTION:
The temperature controlled process, the aging in French
oaks and then a long aging in the bottle, give to this
superb wine a taste of wild berries, cherries and spices.

PAIRING:
To be served with fish soups, games and mature cheeses.

PACKAGING:
Burgundy bottles in 6 bottles boxes
