Traditional hand-picking approximately during

WINE MAKING:
White wine with soft pressing and only 45% of yield in must.
Fermentation in small controlled temperature steel tanks (18°C)

BOTTLING:
During the following May, assembling the best selection of wine.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Pressure 5,5 bar; sugars 4 g/L; alcohol content 12,5% Vol.

AGING IN BOTTLE:
For at least 60 months
